Was just mentally strolling down memory name and thought of you. I made a career in music until I retired to sell antiquarian books at age 45. I have been married to retired Met Opera conductor Richard Woitach and have lived with him in New York City for the last 36+ years. I rarely go to LA anymore though my brother Bert Goldberg lives in the Valley with wife #2 and a whole mess of kids. I did manage to sing with important folks, having had James Levine occasionally checking up on me though I never sang for the Met. Glad to see how glorious a career you have been having! When you started the improvisation, my heart melted like butter mixed with candle wax. Even without that moving segment, the entire service was a splendid and spiritually uplifting experience of the first order. I am going to tell the front office that they will have to refund my dues and I am suing them for emotional distress and other damages unless they make you an offer that you cannot refuse!
